👋 A Cooking Class That Feels Like a Virtual Hangout

When people hear “online cooking class,” they might picture a polished YouTube video or a silent, one-way webinar. But what I host is something very different.

My classes are live, interactive, and designed to feel like you’ve just stepped into a friend’s kitchen in Italy — except you’re at home, and so am I, cooking together via Google Meet.

Each class lasts about 1 hour (sometimes a bit more with big or curious groups), and we cook real Italian dishes like:

  • Tiramisù

  • Handmade pasta

  • Frittata (Italian omelette)

  • Vegetable cakes

  • Chocolate cakes

  • Italian biscuits

I usually suggest the recipe, but I'm always open to customer requests. If you have a favorite dish or want something vegetarian, we can plan it together in advance.

👩‍🍳 Who Joins?

The people who join my classes are as diverse as the recipes:

  • Friends doing something different together

  • Couples looking for a cozy evening at home

  • Parents and kids sharing kitchen time

  • Beginners with zero experience

  • Teams doing remote team-building

  • And even person curious about Italian culture

The mood is always relaxed and fun — you don’t need to be a chef. If you can smile and stir a pan, you're good.

🧂 How it works?

Before the session, I'll send you:

  • An ingredient list

  • A short prep guide (e.g. "boil water in advance" or "soften the butter")

Then we meet on Google Meet, with our cameras on, ingredients ready, and aprons tied.

You cook along with me, step by step. I'll explain everything clearly, answer questions in real time, and make sure everyone feels included — even if your dough gets messy or your oven runs slow.

After class I'll send you a step-by-step written guide of the recipe, and I'm always happy to answer follow-up questions.

🍫 A sweet memory

One of my favorite moments was during a corporate session where we baked a chocolate cake.
One of the participants — my manager — joined with her kids. She told me later that they finished the entire cake that same day… and had to bake a second one the next!

❤️ Why I do it

What I enjoy the most about these classes isn’t just the food — it’s the people.
I’ve met families, colleagues, and total strangers from all over the world, and every session feels like a little shared story.
Food is the excuse. Connection is the real recipe.
